dscmdimport commnad error

Hi,

i have tried dscmdimport in Informationserver/Server/Projects/projectfolder ../../DSEngine/bin/dssh

dscmdimport /D=serverIP:9080 /U=username /P=password /NUA dstage filename.dsx

received below error msg:
verb dscmdimport is not in your VOC folder.

Can i add dscmdimport in VOC file by following below steps..?

i.e administrator clinet.. Project.. commnad

SET.FILE UV VOC UV.VOC
COPY FROM UV.VOC TO VOC dscmdimport

Please suggest

No, because dscmdimport is not executed from within dssh. It is executed from the operating system shell.

HI Ray,

this cmd is available on my client system.. InformationServer/Clients/Classic>

if i want to import dsx file from server machine(linux box) can you plz specify exact cmd and location where to execute it..

dscmdimport is available from your local machine where DS clients are installed.

search this forum for the exact syntax. Also, it is better to search the forum before posting in the forum. Most of the topics have been discussed here.

Nothing changes my previous answer. The dscmdimport command is executed from the operating system.
