RLTABSZ and GLTABSZ

Hi,

RLTABSZ 130
GLTABSZ 130
MAXRLOCK 129
If your values are lower than these, please increase up to a maximum 300 (for RLTABSZ/GLTABSZ).

So, what will be the impact if we increase RLTABSZ to higher?
Is there any criteria needs to considered before increasing that?
The values are these parameters anywhere related with hardware configuration?
