I am working on Datastage migration from 7.5 to 8.5 .

I would like to know what testing steps do we need to follow after datastage migration from v7.5 to v8.5

Do a compare on your results of course.

Run 7.5. Run 8.5 against a temp table as target. Compare both.

Same goes for datasets and sequential files.
