Hi,

Is it useful to create a script which checks whether JobMonApp is running or not and if it's not running ,starting it?

What are the chances of jobMonApp failure?

Even it fails due to some reasons, we are not getting any sort of notification.
Thats why i have created a script for this with notification.

I've not had JobMonApp fail, so it would not be useful for me.

JobMonApp not running does not prevent jobs from running.

Do anyone have come across frequent JobMonApp failures?
I just want to know, in what cases JobMonApp stop working.

We used to have lots of failures with 7.5. Don't know why but they stopped. No issues with 7.5.1 or 8.1.
