How to capture the latest data in the warehouse

Hi
We are searching for a appropriate solution in rebuilding the attunity solution but by using datastage.. as attunity is going very costly for us. Attunity basically captures teh latest data from the Warehouse and populates the target tables. So how this can be implemented in datastage. Could you please guide me related to this in detail. I only know that CDC stage could be used but not sure how. As its just 4 months i have started working on datastage.
