Failed to connect to host project UV (internal error (39202)

Hi,

In data stage while connecting to datastage designer we are getting the error like the below.

"Failed to connect to host project UV (internal error (392020))"

after that we checked it out the jobs status in unix by giving the command

ps -ef | grep dsapi.

but shows the status was "WAIT" form all of the jobs which are attemted to run at that moment.

Since we have not connected to adminstrator to remove the log file then we stop the server and restarted.So it's resolved and running fine.
B ut after some time we got same issue.Again we restarted the machine and made to hppen same.

Can you plese tell the root cause and procedure to fix it up without stop the server and restart.
