Hi , i am very interest with datastage 8.5 .0 version, . Is it possible for us to download for home use (i.e., trial / crippled / education version)?

No.

You might be able to sweet talk your vendor into an "evaluation version" but that's still contingent on a sale being likely.

You could use DataStage 8.1 on the Amazon cloud:

While it's not free or the latest 8.5 version, it is cheap for learning the product at home.
