revoke delete rights

Hi,
I want to create a user who just run a job in Directory. Firstly, i created a user on windows not included Admin options then I created a user with Admin Console and assigned this ds user to op user and gave him Operator role. This ds user cant user Designer as i expected but when i connect director with this user, he could delete job. How can i revoke delete rights fom this user.
