Hi All,

My requirement is, scheduling a job to run in different timings in a single day using datastage director.
As per my knowledge, we can shedule a job in a particular time in a single day using Director.

Can any one of you tell me the way to run a job in different timings in a single day.

Hi hari,

you can schedule the job in different timings in same day,

Add to schedule-> Daily->give specific time
and again
Add to schedule-> Daily->another timing

so that you can schedule many times to run the same job in a day

Basically you can create multipe schedules for the same job . But you need to make it multi-instance to avoid a conflict .

But can you explain me, this multi instance concept in a detailed manner.
what is the advantage of this multi-instance and where I have to select.
