I'm going to lock this thread before things get out of hand as it's not hard to imagine what kind of responses this will attract.

dssubhani - please try again but this time:

1. Post in the forum tied to your job type. For PX questions, use the Enterprise / PX forum, for example.

2. Be way more specific. Tell us what you are trying to do and the issue(s) you have having trying to do that. Generic questions about "loading" can't be answered in any fashion other than generically, which really won't be all that helpful.

For something like this, make sure you let us know what your source and targets are - flat file, database, operating system, whatever details might be needed to solve your problem or answer your question. If you are unsure it some tidbit of information might help or not, include it.

And please remember that this isn't a chat client so try to avoid SMS style abbreviations like "u" for "you" - spell things out.
