Error during the connection to Datastage

Hi, all.
We have installed Information Server 8.1 and Fix pack 1 on Linux RedHat 5.
After that we have configured the os user dsadm to connect to Datastage.
It worked.
After that we have tried to configure the Information Server to work with active directory.
We have edited the Security section of Webshere (following the instructions we found in IBM site).
After that, we run the AppServerAdmin.sh command (following the instructions in IBM site) and restarted all the services.
We could view users/groups in Information Server web console. And we added the roles to the users you wanted to.
But, when we have tried to connect to Datastage, we received the error:
javax.security.auth.login.LoginException: A communication failure occurred while attempting to obtain an initial context with the provider URL: "iiop://lxnpvm16.hai.iec.co.il:2809". Make sure that any bootstrap address information in the URL is correct and that the target name server is running. A bootstrap address with no port specification defaults to port 2809. Possible causes other than an incorrect bootstrap address or unavailable name server include the network environment and workstation network configuration.

After we have tried to returns to use the os level authentication, we still get the same error when we try to connect to Datastage.

Any idea????
