apt_terasync_daemon_prog

Post by bobyon »

I found environment variable apt_terasync_daemon_prog set to an IP address in DS administrator; however, I don't find it in either the Parallel Adevanced Developer Guide nor the Teradata Connectivity Guide.

Any idea what it is? And/or what is going to happen when I remove it?

Check back through your record of support calls - you DO keep records, don't you? My guess is that it was added as a result of advice from your official support provider. Checking your PMR history (on IBM support portal) may be another avenue.

Did check through old PMRs. Did not see any reference to the setting in there.

Now I must wait for my premium access re-purchase to be processed to see the rest of your message. Unfortunately I let it expire. :-(
