Datastage Certification

Hi All

I am working on datastage 8x as a developer and want to do certification as an admin. I am not sure if any certification is there for admin in datastage. Need your help to get information.

I don't think there is a separate Admin certification for DataStage. Anyone correct me if I'm wrong.

For Infosphere DataStage 8.0, the test number is 000-418 and once you pass you become an "IBM Certified Solution Developer - InfoSphere DataStage v8.0"

You will have admin related questions too in this certification, so you will need to brush up your admin skills.

That is correct - there is no "admin" certification. Both the release 7 and the release 8 certifications include administration questions as part of their testing. Refer to the certification on the ibm website and you'll see what percentage of each test pertains to administration.

The links are there if you look. The tests are done by Prometric so any fee information would be there.
