Is there any way to get the log of the corresponding routine after the successfull/abort completion.

Corresponding routine? Do you perhaps mean job? If so, job log information can be retrieved using the "DSGet*" functions available or with the dsjob equivalents at the command line.

Routines do not create logs unless coded to do so. Routines can add entries to job logs. Job log information can be examine with the Director client (which has a Print option) as well as the two ways mentioned by Craig.
