Can any one solve this problem

i have two source like

Source 1 Source2
1 UK United States
2 US India
3 IN United kindom

Required ouput
1 united kindom
2 united state
3 india

used to compare UK->united kindom,......

how to perform this option in LOOKUP stage

Create a source that has your translations in it, keyed by the abbreviation and use that in your lookup stage.
