Teradata Multiload--TENACITY Settings

Post by dscon9128 »

Hello,

I'm loading into a teradata table using mload. In the mload stage, I have specified the 'sleep' and 'tenacity' settings as job parameters in the limitsettings tab of the stage. However when I run this job in PRODUCTION it fails and gives me the error:

Expected value for property "SLEEP"
Expected value for property "TENACITY"

I have specified these as parameters in the job and I checked the DS administrator whether they were defined and these settings were specified there too.
The interesting thing is the same job runs to completion in QA and DEV without any warnings or problems.

Has anyone encountered such an issue before? I would appreciate any suggestions or help with this issue.

Thanks,

Compare the Starting Job... director log entries in the QA and Prod environment job runs to verify that the two parms are identically defined and populated to the job in both QA and Prod.
