Ascential client connection; performance issue

Hello,

Our Ascential development servers are in USA. We have GR who are woking from China. When they try to access our Ascential development server GUI client, they are facing some peformance problem. Client GUI opens after very long time even they are facing problem in compiling jobs...its take too much time. They are connecting from there T1 network.

While they connect directly to AIX server where Ascential server install, they are connected fine with good speed same as USA developer.

We are using DataStage 7.5 on AIX 5.1 server

Have you or any of your team member encountered this kinda problem?...Can you guide me how u have resolved?
