How can I connect Datastage server with new user

When I connect datastage server with admin user it works but When i try to connect to server using New User,I get an error saying ' The directory you are connecting to is either not a UV account or does not exist(39125)

Kindly Help me

Does the new user's login script (for example .profile) cause them to be directed to a directory other than the DataStage project?
