When we compile a job What exactly Going to happend.Can any one educate me regarding this topic .

When you compile any program, what happens?
It creates the executable which runs and produces results. Similar is the case with DataStage job/routines.
Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep.
