Log out of a job from administator command line
What is the command after I know what the pid is for a job to log a job out? It does not stop running from stopping it in Designer.

There's no such thing as the pid. A parallel job will have one conductor process, one section leader process per partition, and N player processes per partition, as specified in the score.
I do hope you were not thinking about killing processes? Search the forum for many experts' opinions on how bad this is.
It's better to design any looping part of a job to periodically check for a flag (a file perhaps) and look after its own shutdown.
