Hi,
I am totally new to datastage.Do anyone have idea on datastage accelerator?what it is and what for they r using?

I'm afraid my first reaction is... what? I've never heard of a DataStage 'accelerator' and wouldn't have a clue who 'they' are. Perhaps it would be best if you explained where you heard about this and what it may be or was used for or something to set the context.

i went through a document in the internet and found out the term SQL SERVER ETL accelerator.

Marketing-speak, and nothing to do with DataStage.

Or maybe it is. If "accelerator" simply means a rapid application development environment then DataStage, in the hands of a competent developer. is exactly that.

Maybe Ernie or someone else might comment, but didn't we have an attempt at an "Accelerator Pack" with DS years ago, I think it might have included some attempts at parallelism and Syncsort.
