Training Suggestions

I'm looking for a little bit of input from some experienced DataStage users on what the best training course would be.
A little on my background, I've been working as an ETL developer for around 2 years with about the last half a year in more of an architecture design role. During that time the main ETL tool I was using was Informatica. I have decent knowledge of general datawarehousing concepts, decent unix and server skills, and good prior development experience in .Net, Java, and other languages.
Currently I'm in a new sitatuation where I am taking over the Lead ETL Analyst role in a data warehouse group using DataStage Enterprise Edition. At the moment there is not a single person with the company with any Datastage experience.
I have a junior ETL analyst right out of college whom I will be mentoring. I will be sending him to the following class:
http://www-304.ibm.com/jct03001c/servic ... Code=DX434
Right now I also have budgeted one training course for myself and I'm looking at the following two classes:
Advanced:
http://www-304.ibm.com/jct03001c/servic ... Code=DX436
or
Administrator:
http://www-304.ibm.com/jct03001c/servic ... Code=DX437
Any thoughts from anyone which two classes contain concepts that would be harder for someone with Informatica experience to figure out on their own?
Thanks for any feedback.
