ownership History of datastage

Hi,

I am interested to know about the ownership history of Datastage. Can anyone provide me information on this topic or provide me with some websites where i can get to know this information. i want to know if Datastage is called Ascential Datastage or IBM Websphere Datastage

I interviewed the initial and chief architect in Lee Scheffler interview - The ghost of DataStage past with some history in it but not all the ownership details. Do a forum search for vmark and you might find some threads about it.
