Benford's Law

this site someone has taken the trouble to explain Benford's Law.
It may have some application in surrogate key distribution under partitioning, but I doubt it.

Wasn't sure... it was more of a "just in case" kind of thing. Or maybe like where you'd put a NSFW tag on a posting in other venues.
