That won't happen. However, what they have done is to create some views over XMETA that use somewhat more meaningful identifier names.

Using IGC or MWB is the best solution, but there are also some other creative possibilities......I have been successful when necessary at parsing the "xml" format of .dsx export. Not easy, but do-able. Best on a per-job basis, and then easiest to create the required export.....and then everything you need is in one place, intact --- no joins, etc.
