What's the Coolest Feature of DataStage?

I mean its obvious the product has way too many cool features, IBM had to skip an entire release number just to illustrate how much new functionality was being added!

My vote goes for the integration of Change Data Delivery. IMO, this is way more advanced than the Oracle GoldenGate or Informatica product offerings.

I Think the coolest one is, DataStage is Easy-To-Use, any new developer can be productive with minimal training.
