Hi All,

It is working now,just we had to give server ip in proxy setting of firefox browser.

No proxy for: localhost, 127.0.0.1 192.168.0.0 ,

192.168.0.0 ---server ip start value.

Now let me know any clean-ups required or not because i can see some instllation related logs in /tmp directory.

Please let me know.

Hi All,

Out installation stuck due to some network connectivity issue.

So i am planning to uninstall and install it again.

Can any one tell me unistallation and clean-up in linux is same as unix or not.

Because i know clean-up process in unix.

Yes, linux and UNIX are close enough that the uninstallation procedures are the same.

Finally we have successfully installed datastage8.7 on linux.

May be i ll open new thread if i need any configuration issue.
