remove the [ ].

... and make sure there's a space between the -x option and the pathname of the Data Set descriptor file.

Change

athos.techsol.com
to just
athos

This kind of a fix worked for us.

When we put servername.ascap.com in the APT file wwe start getting this error.

If we change it to just the "servername" the error goes away.
