Running Job other than dsadm

Hi ,

I am working on with enviromental issues of our team . Most of the time I would be wanting informations like who modified a file , who ran a job etc.
My Datastage environment shows the job run as well as file created as dsadm . I would like to change it . I want the job to be run in datastage user ids and file has to be modified with their own id.

I found a lot of posts and some documents but thats doesnt make me clear how to configure it correctly. Can some one guide me on this.
