Hi Experts,

I want to know if IBM provides trial version of InfoSphere to Install on the Windows server.

IBM does not publish or have a freely downloadable copy available for trial use. You would need to contact your local IBM sales representative and they can (and do) arrange for trial versions to potential customers that they deem to be qualified.
That means if you or I call up as a private person requesting a trial we probably wouldn't get one, but an official request from a larger company would quickly be granted.

Vintipa,

If you are willing to pay small price, another alternative is InfoSphere Information Server on the Amazon EC2 Web Service. With minimum set up you could setup a development environment, learn or evaluate the product
