Not able to login multiple clients

Hi All,

I have a problem with datastage client login.
I could login to one datastage client but not multiple for a user.
For example if i login to designer i am unable to login to director.

It throws the following error
"failed to authenticate user against service tier"
Kindly help..

Can you use Run Director from the Designer's Tools menu?

No i cant do that also.
This Problem seems to be momentary. There are times where we wouldnt be able to login to single client also

How many licences do you have for DataStage clients, and how many are attempting to connect at the same time?

The issue was resolved after increasing the numnber of connections

tcptr -add < start port > < end port > < max connection >
