Have someone with Information Server Suite Administrator role check, using Web Console for Information Server, that the Engine credential mapping for your user ID is correct. This is to be found under the Domain Management menu.

Is it 80011 error?

If yes google it. IBM provided a very detailed video presentation as well as .pdf in this regards.

But What Ray suggested is the right approach to resolve this issue.
Thanks

You wouldn't have missed much, so I've exposed it. Please consider getting yourself a premium membership; it's not expensive and well worth the cost, plus it helps to keep DSXchange alive.
