Operations Console - odbqueryapp Not Running

Hi All,

DS 8.7 on Windows 2008 R2

We have successfully installed Operations Console and it runs fine.
Currently in DEV.

But we have noticed if we do not start it for a few days or we do not have any activity in Datastage (no job runs) ,on opening OC the "odbqueryapp" service shows status as "not running"

Has anyone seen this or know why this service gets stopped?

Note : On Maually Restarting the DsAppWatcher service all 4 services come back online and we are OK and Operations Console works fine with No Errors

I have not experienced this behaviour but, again, my site does not experience any extended periods of idle time.
