Hi All,
Thanks for your help.After 3 days of sleepless day/night,issue just resloved.
Solution is creating one password environment variable ,with string type[remember not encryption type] and assign it to our password argument in routine.
Donot be surprise..I have different kind of experience with this environment[8.1]
i have created lot of routines in datastage 7.5 and 8.5 from last couple of years. This kind of solution first time. I am amazed...................
