Jobs taking too much time to compile at certain time window

jobs take too much time to compile at certain time windows.
after that everything seems too be fine i.e. the same job which takes to compile 25-30 mins at the certain time window got compiled at 2-3 mins.
My license details is
4 concurrent designer client
Is it due to license or the load on the server might be high at that moment.
I'm aware the time window which am mentioning at that moment many users login and due the development activity.

You may be right that the load may be more when it takes a lot of time for compilation. However you can verify that by running some commands when you are compiling your job. Command can be top, sar or any equivalent specific to your system. By the way, which DataStage version you are talking about?

My datastage version is 8.1.1.
But my main point is that
the licensing of the datastage designer client impact the compilation of the job.

You may also have a license limit on the compiler itself... say, one concurrent user and others wait.
