creation of a new user

hi,
i like to create a new user but am planning to create the groups dsops for operator and dsdev for developer in IBM IIS server cosole and mapping with the dstage groups.
Assigning the respective roles to the groups at the administrative client level , so when i have to create a new user with some role .then just i have to add them in a particular and they will inherit all the characteristics for that group.

so am thinking in a right way.
Please reply with your suggestions

Welcome aboard. Simply adding a user to a group will cause that user to inherit any roles that have been assigned to the group.
