Datastage 8.7 operational- console Some services in error

Hi,
Datastage 8.7 operational cosole is showing with the error message "Some services in error" .

appwatcher: Not running
engmonapp: Not running
odbqueryapp: Not running
resmonapp: Not running

But when i checked the status on server,its showing as running state.

./DSAppWatcher.sh -status
AppWatcher:RUNNING
EngMonApp:RUNNING
ODBQueryApp:RUNNING
ResMonApp:RUNNING

Can anyone suggest what is the issue.

Hi All,

when i ran the test its giving "Link Monitoring is OFF.",but test is successful.

Code: Select all

./DSAppWatcher.sh -test
DSODB is turned ON in the DSODBConfig.cfg file.
        Link Monitoring is OFF.
        Job Run Usage is ON.
        Resource Monitoring is ON.
Checking Database Connection:
        Successfully loaded the database driver.
        Successfully connected to the database.
        DB Schema version number: 1
Test Successful.

No clue. Hopefully by now you've opened a case with your official support provider, yes?

Hi,

Till now i have not opened a case with support,althought its showing with the error,but all servises are seems to working properly in operational consol.
