Access Denied - Project currently locked

Post by ketfos »

Hi,

I was running jobs in my project and now I am not able to login.
I am getting a message
Acccess denied - Project is currently locked - Please contact administrator.

This is only happening on my project.
I can log into other projects on the same Unix Server.

Any idea, what could have resulted in the lock?

Thanks

I was running the job via designer in the project "projectbank" Then I went off for few minutes and When I try to log back into the desinger, I am getting the message project locked.

I have other projects on the server. I am able to login to these projects.

But I am not able to login to the project I was working (projectbank).

Last login was about 30 minutes back.

No changes were made, expect that I complied the job and run it.

Hi,

I noticed that there were numerous dsapi_slave processes on the Unix Box associated with datastage users.

I killed some of these dsapi_slave processes.

I am able to login now.

What are these dsapi_slave processes?
