Import table defination clarification

For oracle connector stage i am importing table definations through orchestrateschema.The job is working fine but recently i read the statement like we need to use Connector import wizards to import metadata while using oracle connector stage


1)will it create problem later?If so, what is the problem?
2)Please clarify when to use orchestrateschema and Connector import wizards and what is the differnce between them?

In most of the cases, it will work fine. But it is advised that one uses orchestrate schema for Enterprise stages & Connector wizard for Connector stages.
