Unable to map/drag columns in Aggregator stage

Hi ,
I am unable to map/drag columns in Aggregator stage from Input to output. This is the error I get.

An unexpected error has occured in a call to the Stage Server column object. (ValidateDerivation)

I searched online and it says this happens when using dual monitors and goes away when switched to single monitor. But that did not help, I even tried to reboot the pc. That did not help either.

And when I try to load the columns in the Output columns tab, I don't see anything in the mapping tab..it goes all blank and white
I tried "AutoMatch" and that does not pop up.

Any recommendations/suggestions ?

Deleting the Aggregator and adding a new one seem to work, but still looking for other options..bcoz I have close to 100 jobs that need to be modified :(

I haven't hit that error. Make sure you're client is not on something like Windows 7 home edition (unsupported OS, etc.).

Search the IBM Support Portal on the error(s).

Contact Support (open a PMR on it).
