Unable to add asset link in InfoSphere BluePrint Director.

Hi Experts,

Given below is our InfoSphere environment architecture.

(1) Computer A : Client tier
(2) Computer B : Metadata Repository tier
(3) Computer C : Domain Tier(Services tier)
(4) Computer D : Engine tier

I am trying to create an "Add asset link" to a datastage job from a blue print file in BluePrint Director.I have created a connection to datastage engine by using --> Tools --> Manage Server Connections --> Add --> Connection type as Datastage engine in BluePrint Director.I have provided the host name of the domain tier in Domain text box while trying to create the connection.I validated it and it validated correctly.

Now while adding the datastage jobs in Add asset link in blue print GUI, I am not able to find the Projects because the projects are created on Computer D(Engine tier) and If I try to create a connection to server by specifying the Computer D as Domain, then it doesn't work and it gives the below error message

Error Message : "Problem with username/password for DataStage server"

Although I am using the correct credentials.

Please provide some inputs on this issue.

Try to put host name of computer C instead of D and the port number is 9080 by default unless it is different in your environment.
