Hi,

When I try to start Administrator, I enter my user id and password and get an error message

Run-time error 457: The key is already associated with an element of this collection.

Please advice.

Are you able to access DataStage Designer & Director without this issue?

Yes, I am able to access Designer and Director.

Did you search the forum? I think many have discussed the same issue earlier and someone pointed out the possible cause!
