Error calling subroutine DSR_EXECJOB action=4

Hi ,

I am facing below error .

Error calling subroutine DSR_EXECJOB action=4, check datastage is setup correctly in the project <projectname>

(Subroutine failed to complete successfully(30107)).

Any suggestion plz..

Hi Craig,

I have execute ds.reindex all cmd in Administrator. but received below error msg..


50 record(s) selected to SELECT list #0
Program "BUILD.INDEX": pc=244E, DELETE attempt on read-only file.
Program "BUILD.INDEX": pc=244E, DELETE failure.

Any suggestion plz

Did you close your DS windows and reopen to try?

Yes i have closed all DS windows and executed above cmd, got above error msg...

User as Admin rights..

The ID you used may not have the correct admin rights... and/or the permissions are not right on your project files. What user name did you run it with?

I ran with isadmin & wasadmin users... but received error msg for both users.

from Admin client.. Permission.. tab.

isadmin ---- Datastage & QualityStage Administrator.
wasadmin---- Datastage & QualityStage Administartor.

We're talking operating system (file system) permissions here, not Information Server roles. Does the user under which your agent process runs have correct permission to the relevant file system objects? Do all DataStage users have umask set correctly? To which group does the user referred to earlier belong?

Yes User has 777 permissions...
