Installation Issue

While trying to launch installation of IS8.5 on AIX, I am getting the following message
dsadm@rlimumdstg:/opt/Datastage/suite/is-suite#setup
INFO: Installation program will be running in this session, please do not close installation window until installation program completes.
Installation program started at 11/5/11 3:02 PM

======> Enter one of the following URLs to your web browser to begin the installation process:
http://rlimumdstg:8080/ISInstall
https://rlimumdstg:8443/ISInstall

But neither of the above URLs are working for me. When I try to launch in Internet Explorer, I get error as "Cannot Display Webpage"

Are you using one of the supported web browsers?

Yes, I am using IE6. Also tried with IE7. But it is giving same error

I tried telnet from client machine to server as

telnet servername 8080

But i get a connect failed error. But I confirmed with the n/w team that the ports are opened
Any suggestions
