Unable to view log file

Hi All,

Ran the jobsequence successfullly and the status shows FINISHED, but am unable to view the log file of that jobseq.

When right clicked on that job,click on view log, apage displayed of log file.But no content is there in that log file.

Please help.....\

Can you view the sequence log from the Director client?

no, from director when clicked on that job and right click and clicked on view log....nothing displayed ....log file

When did you run the job compared to the auto-purge settings in your project?

Is this a problem with just one specific job or all jobs?

For only one job sequence in which only one job is there,had ran that job and status shows finished but unable to view log file

Does any error message appear when you try to open the log view?

Did your job finish with or without warnings?

Try to do a immidiate purge of the log. Run the job either from the Director or if you run it from the Designer then set the # of warnings limit to 50.
