migration from 7.5 to 8.5

Experts,

We are planning to move datastage project from 7.5 to 8.5 from Sun OS to Linux.
Could any one please help me to provide a brief knowledge and list of work to make a list what will be the prerequisites for DSAdmin team.

The product ships with a Migration Guide, everything you need to know should be in there.

A word of warning - it's not "brief". There are major differences. If you don't have the manuals yet full information can also be had from IBM Information Center
