Issue with compiling Datastage jobs in 8.5 migrated from 8.0

We are running into an issue while compiling ds jobs imported to a 8.5 environment from 8.0 environment...

error message
Environment variable '$IDCUserID' defined in job parameters but not defined in project

This parameter is actually defined at project level...

Also when I am adding the parameter to the Job parameters the value colum is placed with the following value..

$PROJDEF (Replace with required value)

Any inputs will be great..

Can you be more specific about this? Where/how is it defined? How was it 'migrated' to the new environment?

Did you use the migration tool (concierge service) to migrate? Among other things this picks up DSParams settings, message handlers, etc.
