Can't Save New Project

I can't save my new project in my server and there was error "locked by user DataStageSystemUser". And then I make new job in the project default that was make first time when I Install application, the job can be save but the Director can't be run.

What are your authentications and what are your DataStage credentials?

Two simple tricks
1.Restart the dsengine.
2.If it does not work restart the box

This may work

What do you mean about the box? Do you mean the server?
