DataStage operator role is limited

Hi Team,

I have changes one user group from DataStage developer to Operator. But i am not able view the jobs as operator.

kindly help in resolving this

Read about what the roles give you. The Operator role can only run released jobs and can not view jobs.

When you get to version 8 there is a Super Operator role that can run any compiled job and can view (but not edit) job designs.

In other words:

a) That's how it works
b) It's not all that useful
