I installed fix pack 1 and i am getting he following error ehen i create a new project and compile it.
Error calling subroutine: DSR_RECORD (Action=21); check DataStage is set up correctly in project DataMigration_Dev
(The connection is broken (81002))
I have tried fixtools and most steps possible.
Error when creating any job after project is created.

Can you prove that the project was created successfully? A partially-created project will probably not allow creation of jobs.
The next thing to look for might be permissions. What user created the project? Is the user trying unsuccessfully to create a job the same user? What is each of those users' umask settings and group membership?
